New: Invisible Accountant Budget Sync

Previously I always used an Auto-Budget to present automated reports, however now I can get budgets from your accounting system. This provides greater flexibility, allowing you to have a fully automated approach or if you'd like to have some input on your budget, simply choose your accounting system budget in your report settings.
